Warranty Claims
All TripNeeds products come complete with a minimum 12 Months International Warranty. To make a claim under warranty please contact our customer services section. You will need proof of purchase and to return the item back to our Returns Dept. Full Returns Instructions will be provided once you have made the returns Request.
Adequate proof of purchase required depends on where you purchased the product. If you purchased the Item from TripNeeds.com direct, we need your order number or the approximate date that you made the purchases. If you purchased from one of our stockists, we will need the proof of your purchase from them, which is normally the till receipt or the email receipt/invoice.
If you have a TripNeeds TSA lock that has been inadvertantly clipped by the TSA, we will replace this Free of Charge. Just contact our returns Dept. for further advice. Conditions Apply.
