Christmas Returns
Faulty Items

We want you to be entirely happy with your purchase. Therefore, you have the right to cancel your order at any time up to 7 WORKING DAYS after the day following the delivery of the goods. As long as the returned goods are in original, re-saleable condition, we will refund the original purchase price, and the original postage and packing costs.

If you are only returning part of an order, we will calculate the returned items portion of the original postage and packing charge and refund this portion of the P&P costs.

Returns Instructions

If you wish to cancel your order then you must contact us first by e-mail (returns@tripneeds.com), to request Authorisation and Return instructions.

The item/s you are returning must be in the original-resalable condition. The packaging must be intact and all labels/tags must not have been removed.

Upon receipt of your returns request, we will supply you with a Returns Authoristation code and address to send the return to.
All returns must be sent using suitable packaging (you should be able to re-use the original packaging used to delivery your item).
We will not be responsible if the return is lost or damaged in the post, therefore we recommend returning the item by recorded post or at least you should obtain proof of posting.

Upon receipt of the return, our returns department will inspect the product and issue a replacement or refund accordingly.

Extended Christmas Returns

For Christmas 2008, our returns period is extended to allow for the return of unwanted (and unused) Christmas Presents. Our latest returns date for items purchased between 1st December through to 20 December is 12th January 2009 .
Therefore, you must notify us of a return, before this date. Once authorision is granted the return must be received before 19 January 2009. If you have any queries please contact our returns department at returns@tripneeds.com

Faulty Items

If the item/s you have ordered are faulty, we will of course issue a replacement of refund as appropriate. In this instance, please contact our returns department by e-mail (returns@tripneeds.com), to request Authorisation and Return instructions.
