We send all orders via Royal Mail, and may use at our discretion, second class, first class, standard parcel service, recorded delivery or special delivery as appropriate. For some larger orders we will sometimes use other shipping methods such as DHL or CityLink.

Products may be sent out from multiple locations and so may be sent separately, but you will not incur additional delivery charges as a result.

For orders that include paid for delivery, all charges that are made include the handling, packing, and actual postal charges.

All delivery times quotes are estimates, and not guaranteed.

Our Delivery Charges

Our delivery charges are standardised to make them as simple as possible to understand.

We now offer two levels of shipping service within the UK:

Free Delivery is available on all UK orders.

Priority Dispatch is also available on all orders, and is available for a small surcharge.


International Delivery Options are also available. Please see below.

How to Select Free Delivery

You do not need to! Most of our customers want Free Delivery therefore this is the default delivery option on TripNeeds.com

Priority Dispatch

Priority Despatch means we despatch your order as soon as we can after we receive your order. You should take delivery of your items we have in stock within 3 working days.

If all the items in your order are in stock, and you order before 1pm on a working day, you will usually receive your Priority Dispatch order on the next working day.

Priority Dispatch costs only £2.99 per order regardless of weight, number of items or cost.

Whilst Priority Dispatch is not a guaranteed next day service, most orders will be delivered the next working day.
Smaller orders will be sent by First Class Post.
Larger orders (£50+) will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery or a suitable alternative.

A small order surcharge of 75p will be added to all orders less than £3.

How to Select Priority Dispatch

Simply select Priority Dispatch at the checkout shipping page. The default delivery method is Free Delivery.

Why Choose Priority Dispatch?

• Speed! Priority Despatch orders are sent as soon as possible.
• Priority Despatch orders are picked and packed before free delivery orders.
• If we do not have enough stock to fulfill all orders, stock is allocated to priority despatch orders first.
• Items we have in stock are sent out straight away with other items placed on back order for dispatch later.
• You get your order as quickly as possible without waiting for the other items to come into stock.
• You only pay once, even if we despatch your order in multiple consignments.
• You will receive your order quicker than if you select free delivery.
• Larger orders will automatically be upgraded to express (next day) delivery for Prioity Dispatch orders.

How do I know that TripNeeds has my items in stock?

• We keep 95% of our inventory in stock so the chances are your item/s will be available for immediate dispatch.
• If an item is not in stock, we will inform you of this as soon as possible.
• For Free Delivery, if any part of your item is out of stock, we will despatch all your items together when they are all in stock. If we are still waiting for items after a week, we will despatch the ones we do have. The remainder of your order will be placed on back order and will be dispatched when stocks arrive.
• For priority dispatch, if any part of your order is out of stock, we will despatch all of the in-stock items straight away. Items we have in stock are sent out straight away with other items placed on back order for despatch later.

If you need to be sure that your items are in stock, please contact us and we will respond as soon as possible.

International Delivery

International Delivery is now available. Shipping charges vary depending upon destination and will be calculated at the checkout.
We ony ship to a limited number of countries, but if your country is not listed please contact us and we will be pleased to add it.
